Глоби – Винетки:
Заедно с глобата трябва да се закупи и Ро-Винетка за целия изминал период от края на предната валидна Ро-Винетка.
От 1 март 2010 г. са в сила следните глоби за движение на ПС без валиден винетен стикер (4.32 RON ~ 1 EURO)
– товарни автомобили с маса 12 или повече тона и 4 или повече оси: 3000-4500 RON
– товарни автомобили с маса 12 или повече тона и до 3 оси (вкл.): 2750-3000 RON
– товарни автомобили с маса 7.5 – 12 тона: 1750-2250 RON
– товарни автомобили с маса 3.5 – 7.5 тона (вкл.): 1250-1750 RON
– товарни автомобили с маса до 3.5 тона (вкл.): 750-1250 RON
Заедно с глобата трябва да се заплати и компенсаторна такса както следва ( = год.винетка):
– товарни автомобили с маса 12 или повече тона и 4 или повече оси: 1210 EURO
– товарни автомобили с маса 12 или повече тона и до 3 оси (вкл.): 720 EURO
– товарни автомобили с маса 7.5 – 12 тона: 560 EURO
– товарни автомобили с маса 3.5 – 7.5 тона (вкл.): 320 EURO
– товарни автомобили с маса до 3.5 тона (вкл.): 96 EURO

Глоби за нарушаване на Регламент (ЕО) № 1071/2009
С Правителствено решение H.G. 76/05.02.2014 (публикувано в Държавен вестник бр. 113/14.02.2014) за изменение на Правителствено решение H.G.69/2012, се намалява размера на глобите за установяване на нарушения на Регламент (ЕО) № 1071/2009 на Европейския парламент и на Съвета от 21 октомври 2009 г. за установяване на общи правила относно условията, които трябва да бъдат спазени за упражняване на професията автомобилен превозвач.
Досегашен размер на глобите:
- Според чл. 6 от Правителствено решение №69/2012, престъпления, посочени в чл. 3 (много сериозни нарушения), се наказват с глоба в размер на 14000 RON до 18000 RON.
- Според чл. 7 от Правителствено решение №69/2012, престъпления, посочени в чл. 4 (сериозни неарушения), се наказват с глоба в размер от 8000 RON до 12000 RON.
- Според чл. 8 от Правителствено решение №69/2012, престъпления, посочени в чл. 5 (дребни нарушения), се наказват с глоба в размер от 3000 RON до 6000 RON.
Нов размер на глобите:
- много сериозни нарушения: от 9000 RON до 12000 RON
- сериозни неарушения: от 4000 RON до 6000 RON
- дребни нарушения: от 250 RON до 1000 RON

Зимно оборудване
Според информация от Министъра на транспорта на Румъния – Anca Daniela Boagiu, от 1 ноември е задължително използването на зимни гуми по заснежени и заледени пътища. Позволено е използването на всесезонни гуми, ако на тях има означение M и S.
Това правило важи от 1 ноември до 1 март. При нарушение глобата за водача е в размер на 1000 евро.
